Some Describe It as Devoted Eagerness
Passionate Work

So why am I doing this anyway?

I love helping people reach their goals and their potential.  I enjoy human behaviour and how our personalities make us different and unique.  By working with my clients, I am able to give them huge VALUE every time we meet and discuss where they are in their process and I am doing it worldwide (thanks Skype!).

I love to learn and grow.  Every client teaches me something new about myself so I never stop learning and never stop growing.  I like to say, it’s a journey our career development.  It’s not just about the work we do it’s about the relationships we create along the way.

Intro Video BELOW

I felt I should do a short introduction video about my business and service offerings.  I hope you enjoy it.  Please leave your comments; I would love to hear from on what you are doing to progress in your career and what you might like me to cover in my upcoming videos.

Speed ‘Dating’?  What’s that all about?

If you checked out the Work With Me section of my website you would have seen my summary of work on event planning.  I know how busy everybody is whether it’s a mentee/mentor relationship, a hiring manager and candidate session or other lead generating opportunities, Speed ‘Dating’ could be the solution.  Like the original speed dating model, not every connection works out but I make it my business to make sure I bring as many possible connections into one room for business and personal success.  It’s a fun and efficient way of connecting that can help you reach your goals.

The launch of my career services business is partly motivated by a book I am currently reading, Lean In by  Sheryl Sandberg that teaches women (a good read for men too) how to lean into challenges rather than shy away so this is what I have decided to do, Lean In!  I hope you will be inspired to do the same.

Stuff You Need to do Before the Interview
Address the Gaps

So where do I start?

I get this question all the time when I first meet my clients.  And the answer is always the same, the place to start is with you.  It can be overwhelming if you are trying to get a promotion or a new job or even land that new client for your business; you need to take time for self-reflection to truly see the gaps; your true developmental gaps. I know if you do this work this is where your success secrets will be revealed.

MUST WATCH Video Below

Some important points in this video will help you focus on how to take steps forward in your personal self-growth and development.  There is true comfort in knowing that you are not alone.  Everybody needs to take a good hard look at where they have been, where they are now and where they want to be every now and then.

Homework?!!  Most definitely!

When you do the homework related to this video you will be building a solid foundation to the next steps we are about to take together in this journey.  This series will fully equip you to walk into that interview knowing you are the best candidate for the job and then some!

Help Is Here

Be sure to use the resources I have provided here to enhance each step we take together.  In addition, a friend of mine who is a great facilitator and teacher recommended The Path of Least Resistance by Robert Fritz to me as a supplement to the tools I already use.  I think you will find it an excellent aid as you start to address some of your gaps.

I would love to hear your comments about this video or the tools I have provided.  I aim to evolve and grow as I share with you and I can’t do that without your feedback.  So leave your comments below.  I look forward to hearing from you!
